NS-20 Dark Cobalt is the second most saturated of the four shades of cobalt blue Northstar produces. Dark Cobalt is well suited for thin blown work and cane work. Because of its intensity it must be worked in an oxidizing flame to prevent graying.
Northstar Glassworks is a Tigard, Oregon based manufacturer of Borocolour® rod, frit, powder, tube, cane and Precision 104 soft glass for glass artists far and wide. Northstar Glass rods range bewteen 15 to 20 inches in length. The diameter will vary between 5mm to 8mm.
