The online minimum order for weight-based color is:
0.25 lb for Borosilicate colored rods and tubes
0.5 kg for Kugler bar/rod
0.25 lb for Kugler cane
0.5 kg for Kugler powder and frit

We do our best to keep the website up to date with current pricing and inventory, however, updates take time to process.
Total calculated at time of order is an estimate. As color weight and shipping costs vary, web orders will show a pre-authorization on your card as a pending transaction. The card will not be charged until the order is reviewed by HGC staff and packed. Orders that include color will be adjusted when the order is pulled, and color accurately weighed. Shipped orders will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs. Finalized order invoice will be sent to the email address on your account.
Backordered items will be manually held back from orders. In stock item will ship. Customers will be recontacted when backordered item is available to confirm they are still wanted.

Quantity discounts are available on Kugler-Colors®:
– 50-99 Kg receive a 10% Discount
– 100+ Kg receive a 15% Discount
Student Discount (with Identification): 5%
Senior Citizen Discount (age 55+): 5%
Aventurine colors, tools, kilns, safety gear, eyewear, and sale items are excluded from discounts.
Washington State Businesses must provide a Department of Revenue issued Reseller Permit in order to be exempt from sales tax.
Discounts may not be combined. If multiple discounts are available, the single largest discount will apply.
Online orders require credit card payment. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Orders will be pre-authorized as a pending transaction. The card will be charged once the order is finalized with actual color weights and shipping costs.
Orders ship from our store in Seattle, Washington. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Shipping costs calculated online are an estimate. Shipping charge will be adjusted once order has been pulled and accurately weighed.
Same-day shipping is available on weekday orders placed by 12PM PST.
Shipments that do not require signature for delivery will be left at the shipping address or door. Signature Service can be requested, additional fee will apply.
International shipping is available. Default shipping for international address is USPS Priority Mail International. Recipients are responsible for any and all duties or taxes for the package. Customs documentation will show the details of the order at values paid.
Upon receiving an order shipment, any damage or merchandise variances or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All packaging must be kept until directed by Hot Glass Color staff. Photographs may be required.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us. If a package was delivered but not received, you can file a claim with the shipping company.
We will notify you if any item is not in stock. Backordered items will only be shipped after we contact you via phone or e-mail to confirm that you still want the item(s). Shipping will be applied when backorders are confirmed.
Please call for a Return Authorization prior to returning any product. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase are eligible for full refund or store credit. Merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging with factory labeling intact. Damaged items or used materials will not be accepted.
Returns over 30 days from original purchase will incur a 15% restocking fee.
No returns after 60 days. No returns on special orders or custom orders.
Once the returning items are reviewed and weighed, a credit will be applied towards your card or your account.
All merchandise damage or order variances must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

There are many types of eye protection available and Phillips manufactures as many as possible. Hot Glass Color, Inc., its employees, and Phillips Safety Products does not accept any liability concerning eye damage arising from the use, misuse, or non-use of any eyewear products we sell.
COE is not necessarily a representation of compatibility. HGC is not responsible for flaws, breakage, or any alleged loss due to compatibility issues. Customer should test all colors for compatibility prior to production. Variations may occur between different batches of the same color.
HGC is not a glass manufacturer and customer will not seek to hold HGC responsible for any alleged manufacturing defects. Furthermore, HGC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability of glass product(s) for any particular purpose.
ATTORNEYS’ FEES and COSTS
If any dispute should arise between HGC and customer arising out of a custom order purchase, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred.
