the color is sold by weight, which may fluctuate.  The total price on the internet is based on an
estimated weight of .5 Kg per bar.  This price is adjusted when your bar is pulled and
accurately weighed.

Special orders for various products not in stock, are welcome.  Lead times vary, so please call.

SHIPPING

We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Same-day shipping is available on orders placed by
3:30PM PST.  Back ordered items will only be shipped after we contact you via phone or e-mail to confirm that you still want the item(s).

RETURN POLICY

Please call for Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning anything!

Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase, on unused/unopened merchandise in
the original packaging, along with the original receipt, will be accepted for a full refund.

Returns made between 30 to 90 days can be returned for store credit only,

otherwise they will incur a 15% restocking fee.

No returns on special orders or after 90 days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
