The total bar price computed by our online store may vary slightly from the final price because
the color is sold by weight, which may fluxuate.The total price on the internet is based on an
estimated weight of .5 Kg per bar, and this price is adjusted when your bar is pulled and
accurately weighed. Bars usually average between .45-.65 kg depending on color.
Special orders for various products not in stock, are welcome. See the general information
section for an idea of what is availiable. Lead times vary, so please call.

PAYMENTS
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards for your conviniece.

SHIPPING
We ship vis UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Same-day shipping is available on orders placed by
4:00PM PST
Back ordered items will only be shipped after we contact you via phone or e-mail to confirm
that you still want the items. We will notify you if the item is not in stock.
International shipping is available, call for details.

RETURN POLICY
Please call for Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning anything!
Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase, on unused/ unopened merchandise in
original packaging, with original receipt, will be accepted for a full refund. Returns made
between 30 to 90 days can be returned either for store credit only, or they will incur a 15%
restocking fee. No returns on special orders or after 90 days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
